Refund policy

Handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is made individually unless they arrive damaged during shipping.
Non-handmade items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Cut-to-order items such as fabric, trims, and other materials sold by length are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of shipping damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
