Shipping policy

 

All items are carefully handcrafted and packaged with love from Vancouver, BC. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing handmade orders.

We currently ship within Canada and selected international locations using Canada Post or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • US: 5–10 business days

  • EU: 8-14 business days (may vary depending on customs)

  • International Shipping (including EU): We ship to selected EU countries via Canada Post or UPS. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes

  • Canada: No duties or import taxes apply.

  • US: Most orders under USD $800 enter duty-free. Customers usually will not have to pay anything extra on delivery.

  • EU: VAT and/or customs duties may apply to all orders, regardless of value. Unless we collect VAT at checkout, you will need to pay these fees to your local courier before delivery.

 

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
