Daydreamer Drum Lampshade in Liberty Carnaby Cast Tana Lawn™ Cotton

A lampshade that does more than light a room, it brings it to life.

Handmade in our Vancouver studio, this piece features Liberty’s Carnaby Cast print, a charming monochrome illustration by artist Ellie Curtis. Hidden among the foliage are carved wooden animals from the Liberty store itself, quietly celebrating the creatives, architects, and dreamers who shaped its story. Printed on Liberty’s signature Tana Lawn™ Cotton, it’s smooth as silk and rich in detail.

Available in two heights, it’s perfect for bedside tables, reading corners, or any spot that needs a touch of charm. The soft, ambient glow adds personality to your space, whether you’re styling your own home or gifting something meaningful. It’s a quiet invitation to slow down, settle in, and feel at home.

Good to Know
  • Fabric colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Each lampshade is individually crafted by hand, slight variations are part of its charm and a mark of its uniqueness.
  • Nothing goes to waste. We reuse leftover fabric offcuts to create unique scrunchies.
  • Care Instructions: Dust gently with a soft cloth or use a low-power vacuum with a brush attachment.
  • All images shown feature the Tall size lampshade (11” height). The Short version is 9” tall with the same diameter.

Where are your products manufactured?

Each Kikiwi lampshade is handcrafted in our Vancouver studio, using original Liberty fabrics sourced from London. Every piece is made in small batches with care, so what arrives in your home is both authentic and uniquely yours.
Do your lampshades fit any lamp base?

Our drum lampshades are made with a US spider fitting, which is the most common style in North America. They are designed to sit on a lamp harp and secure in place with a finial (both typically come with your lamp base).

If your lamp already has a harp and finial, our shades will fit perfectly. If not, you can easily purchase the correct harp size separately to match the height of your lamp and achieve your preferred look.

For the best fit, choose a harp height that lets the top of the bulb sit just below the top edge of the lampshade, this ensures even light and a balanced appearance.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Each lampshade is handmade to order in our Vancouver studio. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to create and package your order. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location: within Canada usually takes 3–9 business days, and the US 5–10 business days. Orders to the EU may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my lampshade?

Because each Kikiwi lampshade is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged during shipping. To help you feel confident before ordering, we include detailed measurements, fabric descriptions, and natural-light photos.
